Apologies for the brief outage. There is no power in the Egan Tower area due to recent storms. Looks like a piece at the main tower hosed up, so we took the opportunity to swap it out to help with the battery backup system at the Egan Tower. Services have been restored. ... See MoreSee Less

We appreciate your continued support and for being a part of the Boot State Family!Planned outage:We will be swapping the link from the Sensat Cove tower to the Clement Rd Addition in a few minutes which will cause a temporary outage. UPDATE Saturday 1:30PM. All tower work has been completed and service to all locations has been restored. If you are still not connecting. Please unplug power to your antenna and plug it back in to power cycle it. If this is still not working please message us directly to assist in troubleshooting. There is always the possibility of your dish at your home needing to be replaced from surges etc.... We thank all of you guys for being patient and understanding with us. Have a blessed weekend. MicahFriday 5:30PM. We've gotten everything replaced except the link to the S. EVANG. Tower. We have been chased off the tower 5x since yesterday due to weather. At this time the weather looks promising to finish this tomorrow morning. Again we apologize for the delays but we can't control the weather. I understand all the frustrations and truly appreciate all the kind words. Thank you for being the best customers around! Just a reminder, some people could have radio damage at their home and still not connect even after we have repaired the towers. We will address these when all services have been restored.Friday UPDATE 1:30PM, We got chased away mid-repair by the weather. A few more sites are up. The main 2 radios that are feeding S. Evangeline, Gallagher Rd/Richard Rd., and a few areas in between are still down. We are still updating the new parts, so service may drop while we continue this process. We appreciate your patience and continued support. Please pray for better weather.Thursday UPDATE 6:30PM. We stayed on the tower troubleshooting and replacing equipment about as late as possible. We have almost half of it done. There was a lot more damage than we originally found. We should have everything we need to continue with repairs tomorrow, as long as the weather holds off. We appreciate your patience as we continue to restore services. UPDATE 1:30PM. We have our initial assessment done. Looks like major damage to both us and Verizon on the tower (direct strike). Due to the copper grounding bars and earthing equipment being stolen from the tower, this is what caused all of the damages. The good news is we have replacements on hand and are working on repairs. We do not currently have an ETA on service restoration.UPDATE: A climb is necessary to finish the damaged gear assessment and begin repairs. We should be able to start shortly pending the weather. We are investigating possible storm damage that has taken the Main Egan tower offline. Will update once we have more information. ... Update: As power is being restored to the surrounding areas, we are systematically working tower by tower to make sure nothing is damaged from all the surges. After all the infrastructure is gone through we will begin assessing any individual customers who are still down. Please message us directly if you are still without services, keep in mind that it could be a bit before we respond, but we are working to restore all services asap. Most of our towers are on either slemco or entergy. Some are affected by wide spread power outages. We are assessing if any equipment is damaged from surges. We do not have any ETA when power related outages will be restored at this time. Will update the post as we get more information. Please refrain for bombarding us with messages asking when service will be restored. ... See MoreSee Less
