UPDATE 7:00 P.M. We are aware of the intermittent connection problems affecting S. Evangeline and Richard Rd areas. We attempted to do this upgrade in 2 phases, All of the backup links and alignments were done today and tested. There is part of the New Network equipment that was swapped today in anticipation of the New bigger plans we will be offering. This unit in addition to an old piece that has not been swapped yet are causing a problem. This issue will Force us to have to Finish the Network Swapout tomorrow morning to resolve the Connections issue. (this part was scheduled to be done next week). We appreciate your patience with us during these growing pains, we look forward to being able to give you more data at less cost when all of these upgrades are finished.![]()

It appears a piece of equipment has shorted out during the upgrade. We are in the process of getting it swapped out. Services should be restored shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience. ![]()

We will be adding equipment to the S Evangeline Tower tomorrow morning in preparation for the next upgrades. We do not forsee any expected outages but just want to be proactive to cover all scenarios, and should an outage occur, we will be on site to resolve any issues. Work will commence approximately 8AM and should be done around 3PM. We appreciate your continued support as we strive to offer you the best services possible. Update 3/15/25. 1:00PM all equipment has been replaced and all services restored. We look this outage opportunity to upgrade the Richard rd. Power equipment and battery backup. This will reduce the downtime for the tower upgrade in the coming weeks to increase capacity and speed plans. We appreciate your patience with us during all these expansions and growing pains.![]()

It appears a power fluctuation has caused a main radio to malfunction effecting the Richard Rd, St Jules, and Bergeaux Rd area. We are attempting to find a work around to bring these locations back up and hope to have these locations back up and running asap. We will update once repairs are completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

All work has been completed for today. Everything went very well and we are happy with the results and the future these upgrades have to offer, the only remaining thing we have is to clean up and optimize the frequencies of the new gear with the previous equipment tomorrow, which will conclude the finishing touches on the upgrades. We will post more details on the upcoming amazing changes Boot State Technologies has to offer! If you are having issues connecting to the internet after these upgrades have been completed, please power cycle all of your internet equipment for 5-10 seconds by unplugging the power to all of the equipment, if after 5 minutes you are still without internet, please private message us for further assistance.![]()

Planned upgrade 2/26-2/28 2025![]()
(Weather Permitting) We will be doing upgrades on Wednesday, Feb 26th starting at 9AM, which will last several hours and cause intermittent outages throughout the day. These upgrades are necessary for the upcoming new speed plans that we will be offering. If all work is not completed on Wednesday, work will resume on Thursday, Feb 27th and 28th until all work is completed. Please plan accordingly for these outages, and please spread the word. The areas that will be affected include all of Iota, including up to Redich Rd, Hwy 13 and surrounding areas, as well as the Evangeline area from the Destiny Lane Area to south of Basile.
