Update Thurs 6:00 PM. We have noticed the Main feed to N. Evangeline randomly getting hung up and dropping traffic. Likely additional damage not noticed Wednesday in the aftermath of the Lightning storm earlier this week. I have manually moved the connection over to the Backup Link until we can replace the main feed.![]()

It appears there is an issue with the tower off of Redich Rd near Basile. We are troubleshooting it now. It appears it may have taken a lighting strike and may require a climb to repair any damages. We are working on a fix and will update once we have more details.

It appears there is an issue with our Fiber provider, Conterra, and they are working on getting it resolved. We will update once we hear from them, shouldn't be too long. We are on our backup circuit while repairs are made.
Alot of people have been talking bad about how wireless can't compete with fiber. About how it's better all the way around. We'll see..... new gear, new plans,, better pricing, better customer service. Proudly NOT Gov. Subsidized since 2017! Stay tuned more updates to roll out soon!

We have addressed the majority of issues at the affected towers. However, there are some lingering issues with the S. Evangeline tower, such as the battery backup (we will be replacing the batteries there due to storm and surge damage) and the N Evangeline tower (the main AC/DC converter was damaged due to the surges from the electrical lines), which we will be replacing tomorrow morning. The N Evangeline site is also powered via a generator until power services are restored, which we have no time frame on just yet, but I'm sure the power companies are working hard on getting everyone back up and running ASAP. We will continue to update on the repairs as progress is made, aside from these 2 mentioned sites, all sites are up and running. We know there is widespread power outages with this strong storm blowing through. We are systematically working through the entire network looking for storm damage.
