Our services have been restored. however we have not been given the all clear yet. There was a Major outage affecting us and 2 other ISPs as well as Verizon. It is possible for services to be taken down again as they continue repairs. I will update more as I get information.![]()

Conterra is still working on equipment affecting multiple Providers and networks. They do not have an ETA for repairs to be finished. At this time it is still possible for services to be brought down until they have been restored to a stable state.![]()

If you are having issues connecting to the internet, please power cycle all of your internet equipment for 5-10 Seconds. 1PM: Due to the weather, we had to postpone the repairs until the storms passed. Looks like around 5PM the weather should be cleared out and we can continue the equipment swap and hopefully have services restored to the Richard Rd, St Jules and S. Evangeline areas. We will keep you updated on the status as repairs are completed.![]()
11AM: We have found the problem and are working to get the piece replaced now. We will update once the damaged equipment is swapped out.![]()

Power has been restored to all areas and services have all come back up. If you are having issues with your internet connection, please power cycle all of your equipment by unplugging it from the outlet and plugging it back in. If after 5 minutes you still do not have service please private message us for further assistance.![]()
Reminder of the Entergy planned outage for the Iota areas this morning. Could affect other relays and areas.
Update Thurs 6:00 PM. We have noticed the Main feed to N. Evangeline randomly getting hung up and dropping traffic. Likely additional damage not noticed Wednesday in the aftermath of the Lightning storm earlier this week. I have manually moved the connection over to the Backup Link until we can replace the main feed.![]()

Outage 5/7/25 10AM![]()
It appears there is an issue with the tower off of Redich Rd near Basile. We are troubleshooting it now. It appears it may have taken a lighting strike and may require a climb to repair any damages. We are working on a fix and will update once we have more details.
