If you are without internet, please power cycle your equipment for 5-10 seconds. If after 5 minutes you are still without internet, please private message us, and we can assist you further, as always, have a blessed day!Planned Upgrades 10/3/24We are planning to upgrade some of the equipment on the South Evangeline tower, St Jules Relay as well as the Jennings/Richard Rd tower for the upcoming plan speed increases between 8AM-5PM. These upgrades will cause intermittent outages. Please plan accordingly for these outages. These upgrades should be completed by 5PM Thursday evening. Thank you and have a blessed Labor Day!Outage 9/2/24It appears there is a piece of equipment damaged at the tower base at the S Evangeline Tower that is causing an outage to the Richard rd tower and surrounding areas. While we appreciate everyone's patience with our growing pains. We have been nonstop upgrading our towers power requirements and overall capacity availabilities. The new class of wireless we have been testing in select areas is very promising. This is just a sample of what we will be offering in most coverage areas after we finish upgrades. Please don't spam us, we will announce each area when the new speed plans are tested and available. This will mark the first Major speed and performance upgrades across the network for us! The fiber services have been restored, However We have not been given the all clear yet, so there's always the possibility of services going up and down as they continue to do repairs and assessments.Outage 5:15.
